This is an evidence based form of hypnosis and coaching that integrates hypnotic techniques with a cognitive approach and understanding of both hypnosis and how people experience problems. Research has found this approach to be particularly useful for stress and anxiety related problems.
It is an active approach and as a client you will be involved in the process from treatment plan to treatment where you will do hypnotic skills training, learn self hypnosis and actively engage with the exercises during your sessions.

I also teach a Tai Chi and Qi Gong class on Tuesday evenings at 7pm to 8pm. It’s a drop in class and the emphasis is on mindful movement.
